This Melody Reflective Safety Scarf is embellished with stylish 3M retroreflective designs in Platinum and/or Stealth 3M Reflective as well as other non-reflective, metallic coloured materials.
Platinum Designs look like a blend of metallic silver, grey and white colours in daylight but become stunningly bright and HIGHLY VISIBLE at night by reflecting light from the glare of vehicle headlights to drivers from approximately 500 feet (150M) away. Generous amounts of strategically placed reflective material are easier for drivers to see and more effective than delicate trims. Drivers need time to recognize and react to avoid colliding with a pedestrian.
Stealth Designs appear blackish/gray in daylight and blend discreetly into darker coloured fabrics but become stunningly bright and HIGHLY VISIBLE at night by reflecting light from the glare of vehicle headlights to drivers from approximately 300 feet (90M) away.
Both sides of this scarf are embellished with 3M reflective material, so you can be visible to drivers at night coming or going, even if the wind flips the scarf over. Scarf must be visible from both the front and back sides of your body to be effective.
